Abstract

  • Last date for submission of abstract – 31 October 2025
  • Acceptance of the abstract will be communicated through registered e-mail by 11:59 PM IST 15 November 2025
  • Registration in conference is mandatory for RAJPATHCON 2025 for submitting the abstract by the presenting author.
  • One author can submit only one abstract.
  • The oral paper presentation & poster evaluation will be held on 20th & 21st December 2025 in-between the scientific programs.
  • Please ensure careful submission of the abstract, as no changes will be accepted after final submission.
  • All abstracts will undergo a peer-review by the scientific committee
  • Acceptance will be based on scientific merit, originality, relevance to the field of pathology and adherence to submission guidelines.
  • Submissions lacking sufficient data, clarity or scientific rigor may not be accepted.
  • The scientific committee reserves the right to convert an oral paper abstract to a poster presentation if deemed more appropriate.
  • The selected 3 best Oral Papers and Posters will be awarded during the valedictory function at RAJPATHCON 2025.
  • All oral paper and poster presenters will be provided a certificate of presentation.
  • Oral paper and Poster presentation guidelines will be shared on your respective e-mail.
  • Conference registration number must be mentioned in the email while submission.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES FOR ORAL PAPER / POSTER PRESENTATION

  • Word count should be not more than 250 words.
  • Font Style- Times New Roman.
  • Font Size- 12 with double space.
  • Abstract body:

Original Papers– Introduction, Aim/objective, Materials & Methods, Observation/Result and Conclusion with Key words (4-6).

Case Report/Case series– Introduction, Aim/objective, Case report and Conclusion with Key words (4-6).

  • Full name, Email, designation, and affiliation of all authors should be provided.
  • Presenting author’s name should be first and underlined.
  • No references, tables, or images to be added in the abstract.
  • The work should be an unpublished work and must not have been submitted to other conferences or journals. There should be no conflict of interest.
  • Abstracts must be written in English.
